May sound corny but I do wonder if this is related to the pimp war that's been going on for a few years.

The sound of "automatic gunfire" is probably from a switched glock which is what the pimps use. We hear these go off once every couple of months as I live near enough the "pimp war" to be in ear-shot.

I'm sure the average gang member is probably carrying something similar though, and I wouldn't put it past a normal gun nut to modify a glock as well so I'm not trying to assume anything, but it wouldn't; surprise me if this was gang/pimp related. Like most big cities we do have a gang problem here including cartels.

We literally just had a gay cruise turned away from Turkey and Egypt, two majority Muslim countries most people would consider modernized. But no way, don't you ever dare imply that Islam is homophobic. You can only say that about christianity.

It's also 30 years old and has been released on every single home console Nintendo has ever made. It's not like it's a hard game to find. Plus, the very existence of Majora's Mask spoils it, since it's a direct sequel and Link is a kid again.

I never really understood how Microsoft having the IDF as a client for their services, where the IDF pays Microsoft money for server space and tools, twisted in the minds of most era users to actually mean "Microsoft pays money to the IDF and offers their services for free using the money they get from their other ventures". Like they genuinely seem to believe buying Microsoft products is "funding" the services they provide to the IDF in a direct sense, like Microsoft needs to siphon money from game sales to Israel.

Like honestly, whether individual posters or staff members think that's a spoiler is irrelevant. But surely it would have been easier for everyone involved (the OP, other posters, staff) if, after the first few people complained, instead of throwing out warnings and making a staff post, the thread title was altered slightly to something like "Did Zelda do the right thing at the end of Ocarina of Time (full spoilers)?". Seems like such an easy fix that would have saved a lot of hassle.

Like, how do you support a religion that finds your very presence an abomination and would love to free your head from your body.

The most popular party with German gays is now really the far right as absurd as that sounds

Most of the other parties are just leaving the field open when it comes to migration

Its not even that absurd these days.

The last time I was in Europe I was in Germany, Denmark and Portugal for the first two it was interesting seeing the 'no go areas' which have gotten even worse over the last few years. And has had the same pushback from voters who've had enough and can see where things are or have inevitably gone.

Look at the green party in the UK being used as a vessel for hardcore Islamists. Other than Gaza what in the hell do the Greens and Islamists have in common and yet they are currently joined at the hip.

There are groups involved with the Green Party who have seriously called for Sharia Law to be implemented in the UK. A few years ago we would have laughed it off, these days though...

What I'm astonished at is the 'center' has seen fit to label anyone angry over illegal boat immigrants and giving away homes to newcomers as racist.

Instead leaving that ground open for Reform and people like Rupert Lowe who and it hurts me to say this begin to look like the sane ones. As nobody else will broach the subject.

I'm slowly seeing the same nonsense hitting Canada.

Obviously spoilers are low stakes and maybe it's ridiculous to what degree some people care about stuff like that, but there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to ever post open spoilers in a thread title. Period. The only reason to do that, is to piss others off. We don't need to understand why others care about spoilers, but it's really not difficult to show some kindness and not be total dicks about this. Truth be told, the way some of the replies have been in these threads says a lot about the people writing them. We have people explicitly explaining that they didn't know this information and are bummed out to find out this way, and in return they were mocked or even banned for it. I genuinely think there's a lot of interesting discussion to be had about this, but I'm afraid that would either get that hypothetical thread nuked or even result in a ban, and I'm not interested in that. So I'll leave it at that I guess.

That said, posting harassment towards OP is unhinged and obviously unacceptable. People can be mad about something without actively attacking OP.
