I'm so confused, how is this one so much bigger than the last one that had all the spidermen, had all the famous villains, played on cross nostalgia for everyone, and during a time when marvel wasn't in as much of a downtrend as it is now.

Is there anyone here that saw BND but didn't go see NWH? Apparently there a ton of people that fit that, I would like to ask why? Was it just post covid weirdness holding NWH back?

Also this was done with no IMAX screens, shows that Marvel really doesn't care about Dune having them, clearly not an issue.

Thousands of new Spidey fans are born every year and many of them that grew up on that stuff were maybe 5-8 a few years ago and now they are 10-13 and prime "let's go to the movies" age. My kids are giant Spidey fans because of Amazing Friends being on just constantly on reruns.

In addition, plenty of people have caught up and watch stuff like No Way Home at home and such.
