Yes, both of those but you're free to disagree since I don't have all the facts so I might be guessing the wrong way. But the way it's being done right now where it's not any sort of ban but a weird mark of shame feels completely performative.

Sites like Twitter and bigoted streamers are banned. Regardless of their audience size, those weren't actually difficult steps to make. There are some loud voices on the BDS stuff that absolutely ignored the shit out of the Uighur issues but I think the Terms of Service here don't allow using someone's post history as evidence to attack them.
