On one hand they say: Republicans support Trump in everything he does.

When this proves to not be true and he completely disrupts the market to which many Republicans criticize him, they say something similar to what you're saying now. You can't call people cultists and then also laugh at them when they disagree with Dear Leader also. Which is it?

When Trump does something you agree with, praise it. When he does something you don't agree with, criticize it. This is how things work.
