I was always under the impression that it was indeed pre-animated and then the final 2D was matched to it; I had to do the same in one of my projects. But I thought it was animated traditionally first, not with CGI rigs.

Were the rigs particularly robust in terms of deformation or was it just enough to get the motion down for the rotoscoping phase?

Yeah well as you probably know, animation certainly has its ups and downs XD. At least the industry has since then mostly pivoted away to just paying salaries.

PS5 has 9 exclusives in 6 years if you leave out the games that have PC ports only 7. 

Switch 2 is also receiving more and more "PlayStation" third party releases that would usually skip Nintendo platforms such as Stellar Blade, Onimusha, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil 9 and the Final Fantasy 7 remakes. It is more or less the actual "PlayStation Portable" that Sony never got to that level.

This is not a 2 way street either, Sony isn't gaining any Nintendo games.

It's the hypocrisy that gets me with this. What Bjomesphat said is indistinguishable from the position of TransERA back in the 2024 election toward Arab voters in Michigan upset about Biden and Democrat's position on Gaza. TransERA told those people to suck it up and vote for Harris and Democrats. Uh, Iran has been sanctioned into the dirt for over a decade. They literally haven't been allowed to sell their own oil or participate in the global financial system. They're so ignorant it's hilarious. Nurses are "blue collar" like those others. They don't get four-year college degrees, let alone medical degrees. They basically attend a trade school.
