Can we PLEASE not turn this thread into another thread complaining about US people who did not vote for Harris and another round of "I told you so!", It feels very dismissive and sidelines for gotchas the utter horror being put upon trans people.

And honestly to be quite blunt, I fully expect many US people to shit on Trans people and bully and pressure those trans people in the US to vote against their best interests, especially if someone like Newsom who as pointed out in this thread already is throwing trans people under the bus becomes the Dem Nominee.

I just saw this same fucking behaviour in the UK where UK trans people like myself were bullied, shamed and pressured to vote Labour for the "greater good", "Tories were worse" and "Strammer is just playing politics!" and what trans peoples rewarded? A Labour party that is destroying our rights and actively trying to turn the rest of the LBGTQ+ against us, all while those people who bullied, shamed and pressured us fucking vanished because they got what they wanted.

I am not going to begrudge any Trans person unwilling to vote for a Dem leader or Government run by a transphobe and/or someone HAPPY to throw trans people under the bus for political clout, same way I am never going to shit on and judge Arab and Muslim American but in the absolutely shit position they were in last year. Human rights should not disregarded and it disgusts me that so often shit like not voting bigots and transphobes is mocked as "one issue voters"; I'm sorry I do not believe many ERA users will not throw trans people under the bus if a Transphobe is elected as Dem Nominee.

This is true. Unfortunately reviewers are part of the bigger media corporations and no early reviews means losing hype revenue, whatever quality that might be. And sadly in this day and age, putting out negative articles can sometimes bring in more revenue than a positive review. Theres not much fact checking and quality control happening from a lot of review outlets from what I can see nowadays.

As you can see in this thread, people would rather see Team Cherry fail for this rather than try to understand their valid reasoning. Team Cherry the indie developer is being torn down while corporate reviewers and people who make money off criticism are being held up???

Obviously there's wholesome and good faith reviewers out there, but even in that case, so many people are more willing to call a good review as paid off or not accurate than believe that someone might like something.
