Now it's a statement, now you're saying "what's yours is mine because I'm exactly as much woman as the character who represents the perfect woman"

The statement is more important than the story or internal logic and it's something I'd argue we often see when they make changes to established characters.

To be fair, they might not be pretending. Social media has gone mainstream enough that we can probably assume that half of all people (or more) are of subpar intelligence. And we can reasonably assume that people who post the most are more likely to be especially if they regularly post stupid things. Then additionally in this case they're a vtuber.

Too many people, especially on social media, take the wrong lesson from finding out the elites/media/etc. don't really know what they're talking about. They bring in an additional premise and decide that the random moron or streamer must know better rather than raise their skepticism about everyone.
