And here is the problem… there is no way to ask for an apology without taking in account the impossible situation it is. A throwaway apology from the show organizers or a sincere but emotionally devastating from a disabled person? 
It sucks doesn’t it? When the world becomes more complicated and you cannot blame anyone.
