Last time they fired ballistic missiles at Israel, less than 10% of them hit the right country. Posting my first 30 minutes video here when it's done processing shortly but just saying on my top-tier rig (RTX 5090, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 96GB DDR5 6600 MHz Corsair Ultimate RAM, NVME SSD) the game is seriously the first time my 5090 is pushing itself hard. I have it on DLAA DLSS to achieve this. 99% GPU utilization and I had to change MFG from 3x to 4x just to push extra frames out from the initial cutscene which was at 40FPS. I finally got gameplay into the 90-120 FPS threshold at 4x MFG. With path-tracing and everything else turned to max though, and full wide dynamic range dolby atmos surround sound on my home theater and LG G4 77" OLED, I'm having trouble emphasizing just how fucking good this horror experience is when you can take it all in. It's astoundingly gorgeous and for the first time I'm not sure how my PC is going to handle a potential future VR mod coming out for this lol. But it's begging for it. This game in first-person is absolutely amazing from my initial impressions. The tension and grounded atmospheric audiovisual storytelling through player exploration is a balance that Capcom has finally completely nailed in RE9, at least based on the first half hour.
