But it turns out some races are actually disliked, which makes interactions with NPCs way harder.

Orcs and Dark Elves get the worst of it, and to a lesser extent, High Elves and Redguards too. Meanwhile, Imperials, Bretons, and Nords don't seem to have any issues.

What do you think about that mechanic? I feel like I've never seen anything quite like it in another game.

If TES VI were to bring it back and take it even further, how would you feel about that?

I particularly like how some of them are implying their knee-jerk forum admin endorsed luddism is based on environmental concerns, as though even a third tier streaming services data centers power usage doesn't make generative ai power use a rounding error by comparison.

We joke about the Era mandated view of things but normally those arise organically.  Like, one side won in the Depp-Heard issue and the mods just followed along.  Or there is a clear moral view they want to encourage, like with Smulleet and that "staging a crime is very odd," therefore this bullshit story that makes no sense should be believed.

But the AI mandate was created by Nepenthe back when people were still excited about it's possibilities and working with it.  She made her personal pet issue into a site wide ban.  A single person decided this for everyone to the point a mods were giving warnings for using AI images.




Would the anti-AI side have come out on top without Nep's interference.  They probably would have eventually won.  But nepenthe decreed, for the greater good, that AI discussion was not allowed.

I'm curious to know where they're at in the disability hearing. I just got approved for disability this year. There's basically three steps. The first step. You're only going to get approved if you're missing part of your head or something. The second phase isn't much easier because you have to go before a a doctor that's approved by the disability people. His job is basically to deny you unless you have a long medical history of something, that's easy to prove. The last stage is the one where most people get approved and you have to hire a lawyer to do it. That's the stage I got approved at and the disability lawyer takes part of your disability award as payment. I was lucky because I had a medical history with my heart issues and a PTSD diagnosis before even applying. 

A good disability lawyer won't even take your case if you're somebody like Mel. They're not going to do all that lawyer work if they don't think they can win your case. (Unless Mel or his family ponies up the money up front)

I basically had to fill out an application to the law firm before they would even take my case. But they were worth it, I didn't even have to go to court to see the judge. The judge ruled on it because my lawyer did everything by the book and I got my disability diagnosis from a legitimate doctor at a well-known clinic.

There's no laws preventing Trans Women using the bathroom, in fact such laws currently go against the European Human Rights Charter. Even the ruling by the UK Supreme Court (which was medically illiterate and a Kangaroo Court situation with no experts in Trans or Gender, nor trans voices heard) allowed organisations to open up their spaces to be inclusive of gender identity or rather than bIoLoGiCaL sEx.

So its a kangaroo court if judges intepret environmental protection laws without letting BP consult, anti-obesity laws without getting Coca Cola and McDonalds involved, or vehicle emissions laws without Ford and BMW declaring what they want to happen first?
