I am a trans disabled person with a spouse and child. I currently suffer from severe depression, severe anxiety, paranoia, ADHD, PTSD (from childhood abuse), and psoriasis so bad that I cannot stand on my feet for longer than an hour without them bleeding. I also suffer from seizures to the point I was fired from my job for it, I worked there only for about 3 months but developed the seizures while working there; this caused me to miss too much time, and they fired me, stating that I was lowering company morale

Just like with the console wars, eventually the processing power and graphics arms race comes with less and less tangible results. The juice isnt worth the squeeze. It's more than introversion, and I've posted it here and elsewhere before, but the lockdowns were without a doubt the happiest period of my life, I never realized how draining and how much strain I was under being forced to interact with people daily until I didn't have to anymore. And it's not rotting I had more energy and discovered so many things I didn't even know I was interested in. Of course now I'm back in the office too exhausted to even engage in things I know I like, experiencing regular panic attacks and night terrors again, with the added bonus of knowing it could all go away if I just became more of a recluse.

the incident being referenced absolutely happened in the palestine genocide thread. it led to the exodus of numerous muslim & palestinian members; there were a few quiet reversals, with no accountability

this is going to keep happening, and perming folks for bringing up this inconsistency (highly relevant to the current discussion) is not helping
