Intersex might be the weirdest inclusion, unless I'm confusing it with something else. It's an actual chromosome anomaly as far as I'm aware, not an identity or whatever. It also either has barely any effect at all, or it can cause very severe disabilities depending on the specific mutation. Those affected usually either never notice or die relatively young.

My dude, wanting there to be more friction isn't about wanting it to totally go away or criminalizing people for pot. As I said, I am an experienced weed user.

People are able to make hooch, lean, 2C-B, LSD, etc at home if they really want to. That doesn't mean it's a good idea to have them widely available in high potency at retail outlets.

Weed is way less harmful than alcohol but it isn't harmless, especially for developing brains. If there is some medical use for super high THC % then great, make it available in those channels.

But for general use super high THC% isn't necessary, and potency should be capped.

I know a breeder and hash maker who got into it to source medicine for his wife who has a disease where she gets really painful bone tumors. She only consumes concentrates and some strains just don't work for her at all and she is in constant pain. The strains he picks to breed and run for washing and hash production are just the ones that do the trick for her, despite his own preferences sometimes. He also is in the commercial market and sells his rosin to other people who also benefit from it. So they need to dilute this medicine and arbitrarily cap it's potency, to appease your own misunderstanding of how tolerance works? Potency caps literally do not help anybody.
