I'm done. After years of contemplating on my trips to Europe, seeing how much the culture has shifted in the U.S. to be so work to the bone, hate everyone different than us, and after the shit show with Trump's treatment of Zelensky, I'm done. I'm tired of working 40+ hours a week (weekends for free and being expected to), while I just want to work remotely in peace and have some time to breathe each week. I want more flexibility with my life.

I've primarily been to several Western European countries and have loved my time in each of them. I don't have any debt, don't own any real estate/anything at home, and have a decent chunk of change saved up. There's about 10 people that I care for/will miss back in the states (primarily my family), but they'd support me on leaving.

I'm assuming I'd need a work visa, which means I'd need a company to help support me moving over. Are there any with housing that is cheaper than the US? Any advice is appreciated as I've been thinking about this for a while but don't know where to start. Thanks!
