Yes, you could...but:

• the law says misrepresenting yourself as a doctor in certain situations is actually illegal
  
• when asked to perform the duties of a doctor you would be found wanting
  
• you wouldn't actually be able to function as a doctor even if everyone in your social circle affirmed your delusion
  
• you couldn't actually do anything if someone corrected you and said, "but you're not a doctor"
  
• you're not a doctor.
