The bill doesn't criminalize anything. Its definition of obscenity is the current one. How can "reporters" believe it criminalizes anything when it's only two pages long? Where do they get that VHS or Game of Thrones scenario from the text of the bill? Have they even checked the law it amends?

This is about LGBTQIA. Starting at the "all porn" line is just a way to set the goal really far ahead, and then "compromise" to just ban marginalized people from porn.

Lee's bill makes a minor, and more important, change to this part of the law but I'm not sure it actually accomplishes anything let alone would criminalize pornography unless your argument is that the same definition of obscene currently used in this text doesn't outlaw pornography because of something unstated:
