What stage was he at when he got denied? He has three "chances" to be denied before he has to start from the beginning.

If that was the last stage (before the disabilty judge) he's fucked and won't get it ubtill he's got a real disabilty that keeps him from working.

Writing? What's endearing about the Thunderbolts is that they're all a bunch of losers. Vaguely remember parts of Black Panther 2. Didn’t she already build the iron man suit in wakanda using their tech. And they already had these goofy blue iron man suits of their own. And in the falcon movie, he has a wakanda suit that makes him iron man. And then don cheadle is an iron man and so is gweneth paltrow. Also hulk was an iron man at one point. Gets to a point where a person in a robot suit isn’t special and it dilutes what was special about a person in a robot suit.
