I understand and share your point and this is not an aggressive jab at you, but using guilt-trip as is extremely generous here as it would imply the average German is doing some sort of moral calculus here where they sacrifice anything that would impact their material conditions when in reality they're offloading all of the responsibility onto people that had nothing to do with the formers' direct ancestors being nazi scum; all of this while living extremely comfortable lives themselves. It really begs the question about whether they do it out of historical guilt or if there's some sort of morbid pleasure the German society and its political class derives from seeing these atrocities play out.

Just an update. I tried calling again today and I was again told this was a system wide issue and that an email would be going out today to those affected to reengage the pre-order.

I figured he was full of crap so I hit the record call button on my phone (which lets them know its being recorded) and had him repeat himself. He did. Let's see how that goes. He confirmed that those affected would be receiving an email today with further details.

It's most likely lip service, but I'll play along. I'll call again later today to see if I get the same response.

it's been reported by DanielRPK that Hunter Schafer will be casted as Zelda and while I personally doubt this since the director stated that they are aiming for young actors, I think in theory, this would be a great casting choice. Schafer is a great actress and she looks identical to Zelda.

Personally I think they could both be good Zelda's. I don't know either of them besides Sweeney but barely and only because of Madam Web. Only played Zelda from BOTW onward but Hunter looks very elven and would fit for the older styled Zelda from some of their older arts I've seen while Sweeney fits for a BoTW/ToTK style Zelda. So for me both are fine.

I have no hate toward Sweeney, I just the transphobia shouldn't be tolerated.
