I agree with you. I don't think Voth has any fault on this. She's mostly known for RE after all and she banked on it. I still think in this age of people being creeps, that face models now are more exposed to weird people. Trish's face in DMC 5, for example, is a model and she doesn't seem to have any desire to participate in the community (she barely posted about being Trish's face and I assume most face models just have their faces scanned and move on with their lives, if they don't have any interest in gaming in general), and yet, in every Instagram post she made there were some DMC fans being weird in the comments.

Honestly this thread and the responses is just showing me who (in my opinion) was raised right and would/do raise their kids their kids right and who wouldn't.


Some of you all would be the parents in Walmart whose kid is screaming bloody murder that they didn't get a candy bar with zero consequences and it shows.

Add the ability to ignore mods. I don't know why mod/admin posts are held to some high standard. Often their posts are just as shitty as a normal users. Not gonna name names but I'm tired of seeing certain mods shit up threads with bad posts on gaming side. If a normal user did it, they would have long been banned. But it's a mod so they're immune to everything. If you don't want to ban mods, fine. At least give users the ability to ignore them.

Also, I didn't care before, but I'll +1 the ignore mods thing. All it takes is one.

An admin mentioned during the uhhh ~kerfuffle~ that they won’t be turning this on.

It is technically possible though, but might be something only the tech staff are aware of (as you can ignore DownUnderCoder, who’s an admin).

My opinion on the admin/mod issue changed after things got entirely swept under the rug recently. I just word filter swap the name of one of them to "don't bother reading" in a different font after reading 200+ posts from history and seeing just how flagrantly the violations have been if it had been anybody else. Still better than a lot of places, however it does not bode well for how it will be in a few years from past experiences with many forums dying over 25+ years if this how concerns are going to always be treated.

Hold the Dark was the most disappointing because I love the directors other films.

I don't necessarily think Netanyahu is lying, but I don't understand why Trump doesn't take the same argument seriously for Russia.  Russian military forces have worked with Hezbollah in Syria to support Assad.   Russia has been arming the Taliban in Afghanistan.  Russia maintains friendly relations with Hamas.  Russia actively engages with Houthi representatives in diplomacy and have met with them in Moscow and has provided the Houthis with satellite tracking data to enhance their targeting capabilities for attacks on Western commercial vessels in the Red Sea. Russia works with and actively backs Ukrainian separatist terrorists.  Are these also not terrorist proxies that can have access to Russian nuclear weapons too?  It's the same argument.  Is Iran more likely to transfer weapons to non-state actors tahn Russia?  Why?   Why does Trump humiliate Zelensky when he asks for help but do whatever Netanyahu says at all moments of the day?
