Their grandparents will potentially say something that makes them uncomfortable, being uncomfortable means you are not safe. Someone not confirming your desire at all times is erasure of your identity, which is genocide.

They're passive aggressive cowards so seek to avoid any open confrontation and want to manipulate all situations to their advantage by setting up favorable conditions. The grandparents or parents or TERFs or women in general refuse which means they're "not allowed" to be themselves, which is erasure which is genocide.

A lot of transphobes make the mistake of taking the gender stuff seriously so they don't actually read the people and see that gender is just the weird obsessive hook that's supposed to manipulate others into doing what you want. If you don't have the hangups about gender or if you've come to a frame that addresses yours (like second wave feminism for example) you're more immune to the manipulation tactic which is the greatest crime of all. Really, if you have any ability to recognize that language isn't actual things this makes it difficult. The entire goal behind all the PC/woke/etc. language manipulation is that it hopefully manipulates people into thinking and acting differently just by changing the words.

You throw on the "disabilities" and everything else because it's the inverted progressive stack that's supposed to be like a buffing stack for you to gain privilege. Like with gender (or capitalism) their goal isn't to actually abolish the hierarchy, it's to invert it to put themselves on top and then enforce that status. This especially hits the straight white males hard as their spaces are setup to deny them any status at all. Rather than challenge the hierarchy they seek to invert themselves and therefore gain status, because the ideology mandates this be successful it works. Stepping outside the progressive spaces doesn't work though, so they have to withdraw even more from the real world into the fantasy lands where they're allowed to manipulate things to their advantage.

Since they disdain any actually dealing with mental illness as it suggests they're personally imperfect they ignore the actual purpose of therapy being to challenge wrong/delusional thoughts and so don't recognize how this is all actively perpetuating the depressive cycle they claim to want rid of. At no point do they desire to work on themselves, they want to be told they're ideal and everyone else given a duty to maintain this for them. Medicalization assists by convincing them they can just take a drug and it will fix things, they're not wrong just their body is and that's the reason they're unhappy rather than any fault of their own. They just gravitate towards the ideologies that confirm these premises because it tells them what they want to hear: that the problem is always everything else.

This is why they all seem to be the same person (and assume everyone else to be the same person), because from a psychological perspective they basically are.
