Alinea's numbers are no better than educated guesses, please don't take their estimates for anything close to "confirmation". I don't doubt the game did well on Xbox, but they are as reliable as the Steam trackers and that means huge margin of error.

Pretty silly comparison that tries to make PS5 sales of Helldivers 2 somehow weak compared to Xbox's. Let's forget about the fact that the game has had a year of constant updates and promotion, and the very roough early days after launch. I don't think most people were able to even get into a match without long queues in the first week, but, hey. The narrative!

Cuz everytime I see numbers from them (good or bad) it sounds like complete bullshit (it's actually funny when they "adjust" their numbers once Ampere or the publisher itself gives numbers.)

Isn't this site like… really bad at approximating? I wanna say they've had much higher numbers than a lot of other stuff. And also I understand this is just first week sales but those PS5 numbers seem really low…

While I wouldn't be surprised if it's closer to the truth than not I've always kinda felt like this site was just console war drivel wrapped in "analytics and projections" because their Forza Horizon 5 PS5 estimates also seemed really high…
