What Britt is doing isn't any different than those emails you sometimes get from "Elon musk". Claiming he's going to give you 100.000 dollar if you send your bank account numbers.

one of the more hilarious bluesky traits is the insistence on "accessibility" by describing every single image in extreme detail for the benefit of blind users, possibly 0.005% of the userbase

I've seen tweets where the person writes a sentence and then posts an image and then writes like two paragraphs describing the image.

Almost all of these descriptions miss the point of the image but will describe useless details like that one describing the background. They're blind, they don't care that the background is pinkish-red. And possibly have no clue what pinkish-red even looks like. In this case the entire purpose of the image was to tell people that you reported some account, the description doesn't actually describe this purpose, you have to infer it.

If she made it to California she should literally just become homeless for a few weeks, the government will pay to put her in a hotel or apartment. None of the "legit" homeless want to participate in this program because it requires them to quit doing drugs and/or drinking all day.
