The threat against ABC is the same as if the FCC made a threat against Fox News for that guy, they don't have a license to suspend. Nexstar, the affiliate network, is the one who pressured ABC. Was Nexstar threatened by the government? Carr didn't seem to mention them at all, only ABC and their license they don't have. 

Nexstar owns The Hill, which probably should be a banned source too, but staff clearly don't care about Nazi propaganda companies.
