Don't get me wrong, there isn't any endorsement of hateful ideas in the show, in fact, there is a lot of nazi-killing in it...
But that doesn't exclude the fact that the emote can now be seen as a swastika gesture, which has a lot of negative potential, which makes me wonder if Epic should remove or alter it

Same with ISPs. Any fear from an American company that they may be threatened with prosecution for permitting 'domestic terrorism' via their services may result in preventative measures against a forum like ResetEra.

And individuals seen to be working around those avenues will be next in line.

The point I'm making is there's enough to be afraid of as is, we don't need to listen to fearmongers looking for clicks.

I’m not surprised that Lawyers are using AI to find cases showing precedent. I’m sure that some lawyers will get caught out by coming up with precedence from made up cases, but when precedence is cited they are required to identify what judgement and case. This isn’t some uni assignment, people will get in serious trouble for this.

Imagine the reputational damage to a firm if one of their clients loses a case because their $1000/h lawyer was using ChatGPT.

If Google search wasn’t so completely broken due to a combination of uber SEO, bot written trash and an increasingly poisoned search well, lawyers would just use that.

Love that B-Dubs doesn't know enough to actually talk his forum down because he believes the same stupidity they do.

He should have told BowieZ to shut the fuck up because this isn't how the law, any law works. You don't just go "talking about the gays huh, that's a terrorism, shut it down boys!" I know this is how Era thinks law works because it's how they want law to work, you find the magical words and can do anything you want, but it's not how actual law works. It's not how terrorism designations work, it's not how anything works.
