the best you can hope for is teaching children to be more accepting of the differences they notice in others. 


anything more seems to be very likely to create problems. telling a child that their gender can be changed if they want it to be is not correct with current medical science. taking experimental medications and surgeries that mutilate your body is not changing your biological gender.

Also, in the clip itself, the way he turns around when she yelped doesn't exactly seem like the kind of thing you'd do if you just caused it. He looked like he was turning around to see what she did, hence complaining that she's being a baby.
