Should be noted that equating having issues with sexualized characters with not liking or rejecting attractive characters is like chud BS talking points 101.

I'm not saying that's what you're doing but I can guarantee the vast majority of people here have 0 issues with attractive men or women in games. Honestly, any one of these things would have been a gigantic scandal under a normal presidency. It's just that, with Trump, we get a scandal on this tier every other week and so there's literally no time to focus in on any of it. Today is Monday and we already have this and Trump wanting to invade Venezuela under false pretenses. Not to mention the dozen or so other presidency ending scandals that are currently going on.

The thing with Trump is that there's so much incompetence and graft and corruption that nobody has any time to focus on any one thing. Even the news is limited in what they can cover because there's only so many reporters and only so many minutes/pages with which to report the news. As a result, nothing can take hold and people have no time to get outraged.

 

But people care and get outraged? Maybe is not the scandal ending Trump’s presidency, but is painfully clear he is having a political meltdown because all this controversies are still hurting him.

I can't imagine seeing a thread or some such about something I have zero interest in, like sports or whatever, and deciding to go in just to type something along the lines of "ew, sports. Cringe". The very notion of doing such is completely baffling to me personally, because when I'm apathetic to something, I just don't even bother to interact with it.

It definitely always raises some eyebrows from me whenever I see people champing at the bit to mock furries, or complain about rap. Like... Why do you care so much? Is it so hard to just ignore something and scroll past? It really does often feel like it's simply because it's a "socially acceptable" form of venting their pent up bigotry in not so subtle ways, like some kind of bizarro dog whistle or something.

Either that or it's some way of distancing themselves from something they think is going to paint a target on their back, but in those cases I think simply saying nothing is going to go over immensely better for you than "Furries are gross, amiright?
