These would be two entirely different skill sets. Nobody rigs elections through voting machines and never has because that's a complete waste of time. Rigged elections, especially by dictators, are done by directing their cronies to ignore any ballots and simply fabricate the results. Since they run the government entity that declares elections valid there is nobody to challenge it.

You can't do this in the United States because it doesn't exist. When local elections were rigged it was this same thing. It's also what Trump explicitly asked the Governor of Georgia to do because he's a moron and thinks governors still have that ability. The fact that offices change parties and the rigging is never exposed is proof it's not being done in competitive states, which is historically the case, rigging generally happens where one party controls everything. This is not the United States.

This is a great example of why all the MAGA retards "forensic audits" were never going to achieve anything. If the results had been corrupted, an audit would match the results. You'd never know what the "actual ballots" were unless the cabal stupidly kept the evidence and you had access to it.
