There is a significant audience of Chinese PC players when you look a the respective Steam pages.

How do Chinese gamers afford these high end graphic cards from NVIDIA to play these games? Are the cards significantly cheaper in China? Is the average income of Chinese people comparative to Western people nowadays? Is there a mainland / Taiwan / Hong Kong divide?

There's a lot of legitimate criticism that can be thrown Taylor's way: her silence on Palestine, her not publicly calling out ICE, whether or not she's taking advantage of fans with the countless vinyl variants of her music, etc.



But the idea that she has never spoken up about anything or that she hasn't publicly called out Trump directly is objectively wrong. And it's frustrating that correcting those incorrect statements is then met with, "Oooh, so you feel the need to defend the shitty billionaire?"



No, but facts don't just stop mattering when it's about someone you personally dislike.



Swift has publicly called out Trump in the past, she endorsed Biden in 2020 and Harris in 2024, she cast a trans man as her love interest in a recent music video (which was an undeniably clear statement and one that went further than simply sharing a pro-LGBTQ post on Instagram).



There is always a tightrope that is always being walked in these threads between "justified and fair criticism over legitimate issues" and "repeating falsehoods to push a personal agenda against someone they dislike," combined w
