None of those things are because of white privilege. They're all because of reasonable cops who don't wanna get involved with a smartarse and give themselves unnecessary paperwork for something that wouldn't even make it to court.

Yeah Australia's lack of gun crime means that more people sign up to be officers because they want to help people as opposed to just being bullies who want to power-trip. Not saying that there's none of that, but it's definitely at a greatly reduced rate compared to the USA.

presumably, when they ask you why you did it (or based on footage of the event), you would be ranting about how you are unmotivated by any inciting circumstances but instead just don't like people who look like them
because otherwise, I mean, if people in fringe communities experience more violence based on their personal choices of who they surround themselves with, like becoming sex workers, and you count that increased susceptibility to crime as hate crime, then I don't know what to tell you
