As predictable as these "Republicans regret voting for Trump" stories are and as suspect as some of these "polls showing Republicans don't want to identify as MAGA anymore" polls are…I think there's maybe a sign there that as far as the people in charge of the party want to go, a lot of the rank and file don't. Sure, they're racist and don't give a shit until things affect them personally. But maybe the hand on stove moment is getting a little too real?
