I don’t think they’re looking that far ahead into the future. At best, they’re hoping a socialist revolution hits and instates UBI so they can all live a life of anime, videogame and porn consumption until they croak.

Nah, they will be part of the biggest generational transfer of wealth to ever happen in human history when the Baby Boomers die and the Millennials and Gen Xers inherit. It will make good content as they struggle to deal with the sudden change in fortune. Some will cash it all in for bathroom hormones, some others might find they question their convictions about always having been a woman. Either way, it'll be funny.
