Turns out that Alyssa's lawyer has been very busy through the months of December and January due to the fact that Tarzia, shockingly, has been ignoring discovery requests. Specifically, Twitter DMs between Tarzia and some other content creators on the grifter train. Tarzia's also been lying about a bunch of things and Alyssa's lawyer has all the receipts but that's neither here nor there.



So a couple days ago, Tarzia fell for a scammer and got his Twitter account hacked and taken over. Completely owned. To the point where Tarzia tried to send in to Twitter a copy of his driver's license to prove identity and the hacker got that too. Sure, Tarzia being an idiot is funny but it's also right now having immediate consequences on the trial. Part of the stuff that came up over December was that Tarzia had no sort of backup or archive of his Twitter account and DMs. The info that is currently under discovery subpoena. The info in an account that Tarzia no longer has access to and it's also entirely possible the hacker has deleted.



The judge did not like that, and today issued a ruling that pretty much opens Tarzia wide to discovery, wider than previously allowed by the initial rulings on September 12. Basically the gloves are off, any favor that the court had been extending to Tarzia is gone, and he and his laughable lawyer need to get their shit together right the fuck now and deliver the requested discovery by January 28th. Court also warned Tarzia that if he does not get going right the fuck now, Rule 37 financial sanctions are in play.



Now, it is entirely possible that Tarzia is staging the whole thing in a very misguided attempt at trying to salvage his ass via spoliation. It's also entirely possible he was just that dumb about his Twitter account. Regardless, the result is the same: he's somehow made things even worse for himself.

A great many of us Americans are also frustrated, angry and terrified at what this administration is doing to the country and to us. But in this case that is the point, is very malicious (and very stupid) tactic. Made life more difficult to the lower and middle class immigrants while encouraging that just the rich ones can come the U.S. it has been no secret that is Trump’s strategy. Is still a pretty stupid one in the long run.

I've been really taking my time to sink my teeth into this game and get the emulation settings tweaked just right and now with the latest Edens at 64x AA and 4K 144 Hz with RTX HDR on my RTX 5090, the game is just a jewel to behold. I have some gameplay of the frozen level and this shit is unbelievably next-gen looking at points, I think it's by far the most impressive Switch game I've ever seen emulated. If you want to take a peek at what this is like at max Eden settings at 4K 144 Hz (though YouTube only allows up to 2160p60fps) here's some of my gameplay from Eden.

I ironically am not that far on my Switch 2 copy, can't get past those dumb androids in the thunderstorm level lol. But with Steam input + gyroscope tweaking and motion controls on dual-stick controls, I've been able to sing past the game's challenge bumps on my emulation run.
