I just think that because they've stuck with the player being the same character for the past three games (which is tied to the broken progression they're thankfully walking back on) the "British-ness" has been all the more conspicuous

Dude makes Forza sound way cooler than it is. This would be a hilarious concept for a racing game. Like Runabout but you're this epic British stereotype who's stealing artifacts and mineral rights. Would be awesome. Could have the only honest cops on a corrupt local police force be the other side for the other storyline. Then like you team up against a drug cartel warlord or something and the cops let you go in the end because you're just so suave and epic at driving.
