I made a full site backup, minus externally hosted images, and some of the embeds like youtube and twitter show up a bit broken, but it's functional
for example here is a random thread from 2008 about somebody getting shingles with the local address visible at the top I just don't have anywhere to host 9 gigs of files, nor the knowledge of whether it needs specific formatting to make it work as a live site instead of an archive 4 users liked this post: benji, HardcoreRetro, who is ted danson?, filler

The Bire actually has 100GB of space (smallest our host offers I believe) and uses less than 1GB. So if anyone actually does want that available we'd just need to find you a temp place like Mega or whatever to drop that so I could grab it. There probably is a way to make a folder on here you could upload it to if I had any clue what I was doing.
Many many moons ago I made an archive of another website using an older version of that same program. All I had to do was upload the files and it worked like it does on your localhost. could you temporarily set the forum/PM attachment file size limit to 10 GB
or if it has a max of like 500 MB or 1 GB, I could do a zip broken into chunks I have absolutely terrible internet though, so it would best be done on monday I also have 13 individual "other forums" threads which are smaller on their own and would be the areas of greatest interest 2 users liked this post: who is ted danson?, filler
