Because, in my opinion, adding shadows under the eyes and eyebrows, or realistic lighting effects on clothes and hair, despite there weren't any in the original version, doesn't ruin the artistic vision.

I just got off a call scheduled less than an hour before my start time. I was fired. I'm getting paid a small severance and I've applied for unemployment but I don't know what to do with myself. Israel was more than happy for the US to attack Iraq, Netanyahu directly lobbied congress in 2002 claiming that Saddam was working on a nuclear weapon.  Sound familiar at all?  It seems that Israel is always there urging the US to go to war in the Middle East to hurt its enemies.  That’s just history.  Calling it anti-Semitic or attributing antisemitism to recognizing a historical pattern is just playing into Israel’s hand, anything that makes them look bad is antisemitic.
