Lady Dimitrescu is a conventionally attractive woman where any thread about her attractiveness would hinge on that fact. A discussion about a character like Victor Gideon—besides the fact that he is a man and not subject to the same kind of reflexive sexualization and objectification as Lady D—hinges much more on the people participating in the conversation exactly because Victor Gideon is a weird gross guy
