The poll has no crosstabs, it's plausible that Democrats hold him favorably but Republicans give him zero approval and Independents are also negative. This is how it normally works. Every poll for Trump is like this in reverse.

For example, take the latest CNN poll, which shows Trump down 29 points, when you split across the parties 80% of Republicans still approve:
