After listening to feedback from the community, we have decided to add a prefix that users will be able to apply to threads on the entire forum: a trigger warning for sexual assault.

We are adding this prefix because so many people have been hurt by sexual assault in the real world and they should be given the option to avoid the topic if they so choose. As such, we ask users to add the prefix to threads on news stories that feature sexual assault.

It should be noted that we will not be adding further trigger warnings, this is a special case and we do not want to overload the options with warnings for everything that might trigger an individual. Sexual assault is sadly so common place and so painful that we feel this should be a filterable option for those who have been hurt by it though.

Except we all know what "held accountable" means when you want somebody's name and it's not acceptable. Drag their name through the mud, harass them and everybody related to them, and even scarier, try to find where they live. So no, you're wrong. Refs and judges shouldn't need to fear for their lives because weirdos on the internet demand their personal information. You can hold Play Pokémon accountable and take it up with them.

If anything, this fallout perfectly illustrates why these matters are better handled privately and not on the internet. If there was a chance for Firestar to be heard, it went away the moment his friend decided to throw gasoline on the fire and dox the judges then go into a popular streamer's channel to talk about it.

Yes you should be held accountable for your actions, just like every real job. Real sports referees and Real life judges names are all known.

I never expected Ree would give their users a 1 week time out for advocating doxxing and harassment.  You would think they would permanently ban them.

There was no "advisor board" and it's phrased like that to elicit the kinds of responses about oversight that they want.

I went to a used bookstore earlier this week looking to perhaps make my digital book collection physical in case society collapses so I have some books to read while I slowly starve to death and right at the front of the store was a section of “banned” books.  Included in this section were the Harry Potter books.  I’m not sure if this was ironic or not.  Naturally I did not purchase any of the Harry Potter books in solidarity with the people of gender.
