This is the blind spot with white leftists (and I am including Hasan who I like). End of the day it's easy for them to separate the possible bigotry because their class consciousness seems genuine and thus if they put class first all the other minority groups will rise. Issue is that has never been the case in America, the opposite really. But these are serious deficiencies and the big red flag is that you will see the successors to MAGA borrow from much of this playbook with a more overt New Deal for Americans (real Americans, sorry minorities and women if we can get away with it)
