I don't think the ethical outcome of an action is always directly contingent on whether or not you can choose to do it (and if we want to get really deep in the weeds, how much free will can you sincerely argue any individual human being has?)

For example, the statement "Charity is good because I choose to do it" is a non sequitur. Why does it matter that I chose to do it as to whether the outcome is ethical or not? Does not choosing to donate to charity make you a bad person? Would the outcome of charity be unethical if coerced by law, such as community service?

Ergo, I don't think it makes sense for vegans to hinge the argument of the ethics of eating meat on whether or not you can choose to do it, because actions that we choose to do can either be good or bad.

She constantly creates fake arguments that nobody makes and then attacks them.  She does this with everything.  Now she's confusing what makes an action good or bad with what makes a person responsible for doing it.  Whether or not you agree with it, vegans are not saying an action is wrong because you choose to do it, rather they are quite clear about the action itself: they explicitly say eating animals is wrong because it causes unnecessary suffering and death, and if you can reasonably avoid causing that suffering, you should.  That's it.  The "choice” here  establishes responsibility, not because choice itself magically determines morality.  Nobody thinks choice in and of itself is the source of morality.  
Their charity analogy makes no sense because charity is a positive good, it's something extra you can do to help others. Veganism is usually framed more like a negative duty - do not unnecessarily harm others.  Not donating to charity may or may not make you a bad person, depending on the circumstances. But paying for an animal to be confined, exploited, killed, and turned into a product when you do not need to is a much more direct form of participation in harm.  Her "coerced charity" example proves the entire point she's missing: If the state forces you to do community service, the outcome might still be good, but you personally are not morally praiseworthy for choosing it because you did not choose it:  Outcomes and culpability are separate questions.  They're two different things, not the same.  Same with meat: If someone is starving or trapped or impoverished or in bad medical condition or genuinely without alternatives, their moral responsibility changes. But that does not mean the harm disappears. It just means blame is reduced or removed.  It's separate. Again, for someone who constantly frames her politics around oppression, degradation, and exploitation, she seems really unwilling to follow those principles anywhere they become inconvenient to her personally...or suspiciously selective about what counts as oppression the second that consistency would cost her something.

The free will point is hilarious coming from her (and after that tourettes at the Oscars thread).  You could use “how much free will do we really have?” to muddy any of the ethical issues she cares about.   Yeah, sorry, I called you the N word because I was just born in a racist environment, had a lot of bad experiences with black people, and honestly I have anger issues that are probably hereditary because I'm Italian.  Thems the breaks.
