Okay, first of all, I'm a queer African (Somali, one of the groups this loser was ranting about) woman and understand the danger that women experience, especially confounded when another layer of marginalisation is added on top. I am cis, and I have been confronted by transphobia in all kinds of spaces, public and private, including work where my livelihood depended on how I chose to respond. I have never seen myself as the victim in those situations, even when the person in question may have posed a danger to me. There is also a difference between choosing to remove yourself from the situation without conflict for your own safety (understandably), and admitting to standing, nodding, and agreeing with him for 10 minutes straight. If the situation was flipped, I'm not going to expect to see a trans person who pointed out how my behaviour contributed to the harm be banned for 2 straight months for that either.

Clicky is absolutly a victim from being cornered and harrased by a random man who was exhibiting strange behavior ontop of his rampant bigotry. These types of people can snap, and not even to mention how nutso all the MAGATS are about Trans Woman these days.



If we can't even start by admitting Clicky IS a victim here than I think your opinions are pointless on this matter.

How are my opinions pointless when I am also a woman, have been through similar experiences, and am among the group the dude was being a bigot to?
