It's an interesting set-up where everyone has their own business but they work together on projects. 


At work there is a big hoopla about some people not cleaning the table after lunch or whatever.
One guy threw a hissy fit. He had pointed this out many times yet management didn't take any action.

I was very disinterested.


Workers revolt. I've temporarily stepped back from management but in the same sentence he asked me to last week the boss said that practically nothing would change.

Funny enough the boss got mad at the guy complaining because he said he didn't trust anything would change.

Today I was supposed to present the new marketing strategy but the boss was too busy with his new project.
I was already worried this thing was a boondoggle and lo and behold a 3 man team is making very little progress.

Friday the other guy is out, next week is all meetings, the week after I'm on vacation for 2 weeks.
What happens to our bottom line when I'm out and the marketing strategy hasn't rolled out and they're stuck on an undercharged project
