I can't stand the sex doll born yesterday characterisation at all. It absolutely ruins it for me and makes it just completely unsexy to me.

Right-wing men hate women, there's no two ways about it. They want to have sex with women (sometimes they don't), they want them to bear their children because muh bloodline, they want wives as status. But they don't actually like women, I'm convinced. That's why they revile any woman who owns their sexuality. Because sex exists for the pleasure of men, in their minds. Women are to be objectified because to these men women are objects, they are property. Sex is to be forced upon them and any women who tries to control it is a "whore".

That's why they love characters like Eve and 2B. Because they are hypocritically hyper sexual in appearance but completly unsexual personality wise which makes them not a threat. I'm sure there are people who can describe this much better than I can.

There is the interplay between sex and violence in their relationship that the game famously alludes to: “You want to ****** her.”

But suffice to say Stellar Blade is a mid game for gooners. Everything it does has been done better in other games. It's only famous because it was published by SIE and it reminded the chuds of the time they were the de facto assumed audience and were pandered to by every publisher. There's a reason these dudes aren't getting loud about Senran Kagura or Oneechanbara.

Sony outright killed Senran Kagura when they changed their policies about sexualization. The producer was blunt about it. People were more surprised that they ended publishing this game and would call their hypocrisy if they were allowed at ERA.

There is no reason to play Stellar Blade or this game. I promsie you, there are many other hack and slash games out and are coming out. Skip the pedophillia and play Metal Gear Rising for the 69th time

Stellar Blade 1 is a mediocre action softcore porn game. That's it.
Stellar Blade 2 looks like another simple action game but while being an underage porn game. That is why is raising eyebrows, but nobody is calling it for what it is.

I personally don't think the main character is actually meant to be a child. The character can look younger than the first game's protag while still being an adult.

Plus, I don't think this game would get mainstream coverage by news sites and game presentations if it actually sexualized minors. There are standards and practices to this sort of thing.

If there are standards that would prevent "this sort of thing" then please name them.

Referring you to previous posts requesting that users don't minimise this issue, which has arisen from a widespread reading of the character as minor-coded and the developer not exactly denying this was intentional. See below and please reconsider your position. 

I don't think the concerns are based on an assumption that the character is underage, rather it's that they appear underage, and with the outfit and now with the devs saying they've intentionally made the character look young this whole situation becomes a lot more problematic. By "The issue I have is jumping to a specific conclusion" I assume you believe one should not go so far as to say this is something along the lines of (or just is) pedo bait because technically we don't know for sure the character's underage. So as @neil said, I think this downplays/minimizes the concerns, because from what I've seen the issue goes far beyond "fanservice". There have been responses from folks in Fami either here or in private voicing their discomfort on this matter, so I'd like you to reconsider your opinion again.
