And when they divorced the husband wanted to sell it and split the money. Dr. Nothing Loud refused and FOUGHT TO KEEP HIS HOME. There's another Era post where he's bitching about having to find a way to cover the mortgage now.

The million dollar figure comes from his saying they spent over $600K on this townshouse plus another post where he suggests his education was another $200+K in debt he has to repay. I rounded it up to cover his other garbage plus interest plus the fact he has no income to pay for any of it so has enlisted his mom as a tenant and laborer.
