I thought Gunn botched Superman on such a deep level that there is no way I'll even think about seeing this one. He did such an awesome incredible job with Guardians but he's out of his depth with the Superman thing.

Gunn's obsession with found families may have worked in 2014 for a comic that didn't have a ton of fans but doing it with superman in 2025 and accidentally making an anti-immigration movie with the accidental lesson that an immigrant will only be happy if they reject their heritage and embrace being American is insane
