Re-thinking this and it's the fundamental, day I say it, contradiction at the heart of her, and really all modern, "anti-colonialism" thought. They want the West to both seal off the Global South from capitalism, Western influence and technology of every kind and also dump trillions upon trillions in real concrete capital endlessly into the Global South with no strings attached or plan for distribution or oversight of any kind.
