The politics of the Black Panther films have always been pretty fucking underwhelming, but at least the first film was carried by the novelty of having a mainstream Afro-Futurist project on the big screen and Boseman being an inspiration, as it were. Wait, what does she believe the plot and resolution of it should it have been? Spider-Man, Deadpool, The Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four? I feel like the only disappointing movie really was Cap 4

Eternals and Cap 4 were bad while Black Panther 2 was mid. Spider-Man coasts by because "omg Toby and Andrew!" but I feel if I watched it again, I wouldn't be so amenable to it. Shang-Chi was enjoyable even with Awkwafina in it. Haven't bothered with the rest of the canon since Cap 4.

EDIT: Remembered I actually saw Deadpool and Wolverine. There's like, two scenes I like from that film.

My point is that great talent on paper is constantly hamstrung by Disney's corporate environment. These films are ultimately products that must adhere to arbitrary mandates. The fact that, despite billions of dollars and said great talent, they couldn't get a simple vampire killer project off the ground despite producing duds like Quantumania and Eternals, mainly because they "wanted to find a compelling story" (read: insert some corny liberal bullshit to try and recreate the fervor around Black Panther) says it all.

Coogler fails to actually deliver any meaningful commentary about the issue other than how tragic it is that it's happening, because it's not like the CIA actually lost anything from the deal at the end of the movie. The conflict ultimately peters out because of a random vision.

It's such a nothingburger film about inter-minority conflict, and I'd like to believe that this is primarily because it's a Disney movie and utterly destroying the CIA was never going to be in the cards. It's why they don't destroy the colonial project of Arendelle in Frozen 2. It's why Nick becomes a cop in Zootopia. Hell, it's why in Black Panther 1 they decide to open up a school in Chicago.

It's all just fucking liberalism, which is why it was so annoying that they were even trying to doll up Blade into some fucking "social commentary" about Blackness to begin with. What is supposed to be “Blackness as a culture”?

Whenever she talks about "Blackness" one needs to remember that she means "whatever Nepenthe personally thinks is best" and so "Blackness" is just being able to draw art while people sit on their porches talking, street music is playing, children are playing with chalk and nobody has to ever work at all because they can just borrow whatever they need from the community storehouse. And at the same time it's a demanding and violent hostility to whatever is believed to infringe upon this in any way. "Blackness" is the hostility she holds against the prison of her own making because of the assumption that nothing can ever be her own fault, that the results of her personal choices must have been imposed on her by a centuries old global conspiracy designed most of all to thwart Nepenthe. Even as everything around her proves this self-constructed mythology to be factually incorrect.

She thinks it's a bold radical critique that will awe others at her powers of theory and critique to attack Disney films for not depicting an extensive ethnic-driven mass murder followed by the restoration of normie suburbia but solely populated with Black people in fictional Afrocentric fashions. Black Panther failing to depict this is both a failure of Ryan Coogler and Disney for capitulating to capitalism's inherent anti-Blackness and has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it would render the MCU defunct on both a narrative and business level while also being a terrible film nobody else would want to see.

Like calling her Pol Pot isn't really an exaggeration of her central views, she really truly believes in the total destruction of society so we can have the "opportunity" to redesign it from scratch based on her naive suburban American assumptions. That thread about apocalyptic fiction is the ideal looking glass for her simplistic belief structure that you can read underlying all her diatribes, she believes it a failure that they all depict the struggles of the collapse of life rather than the "opportunity" to construct Heaven on Earth without the limitations of existing society. Black Panther fails on similar grounds of not speaking to Nepenthe's desire for brutal moral cleansing of the Earth of the undeserving, the film rejects Killmonger's clearsighted view of this necessity. I just wish she'd revisit Need For Speed: Heat and see it also comes up short.
