The news twitter accounts have jumped on is that apparently the investigation by California never found proof of all the harassment stories that supposedly happened at Blizzard. No idea if that's actually new information or just something they noticed only now. I did for example already know that the "Cosby suite" was never a rape joke but just a joke about how the rugs in that hotel room look like a Cosby sweater. Schreiers response then was that it's more nuanced.

 It didn't have to do with relating to people. Michigan has a large Jewish population. She was basically given an automatic 100k+ vote head start by Jewish resident who were going to vote against Sayed no matter how unrelatable she was.

Sorry if it seemed antisemitic. It wasn't meant that way. I can only speak as someone who grew up around Jewish and Muslim people in Michigan and has lived around them most of my life here. I also have Jewish family members. I'm sure there are some Jewish people who voted for Sayed, but pretending like the vast majority of Jews didn't automatically vote for Stevens seems naive to me. There is a large divide between these two ethnic groups in Michigan, with decades of racism on both sides. He has an uphill battle and did an amazing job in the primary.

Why is he talking about Jews automatically voting for Stevens and then ignores that Muslims would automatically vote for Sayed? There's twice as many Muslims in Michigan than Jews, so by that logic Stevens had the uphill battle.
