There are two physical game card options on S2 - the cheaper one GKC(5) and full game on card(15).

But - GKC don't cost $5. And there are multiple size options for actual games on cart for less than $15 now. So............

Maybe you don't need to guesstimate in order to defend the decision of a corp who are trying to save a buck or two when the entire rationale is not even about the cart cost and is purely about pushing people into digital and destroying the used games market. Bootlicking for corps is not required

me the moderate Dem pushback has to do with interpreting his comments as antisemetic and not having to do with him possible being Muslim. He's always himself out as Turkish American and white. The only time he'a held himself out as Muslim as when he gets pushback, but he has never expressed any belief in God (in Abrahamic sense). Mehdi Hasan is Muslim. Hasan Minhaj is Muslim. Hasan Piker is not.

Nah, I doubt it. You don't sign on the dotted line and quit a week later because of a scheduling conflict. If it was so readily apparent commitments were going to collide, it would have been caught before contracts were signed. The only thing that would have remotely got in the way would presumably have been Superman, and WB would have likely cleared that scheduling internally.

We've seen a few instances of people signing onto these projects and genuinely not knowing or understanding the impact the decision has on trans people.

That being said, unlike Michelle Gomez quitting the audio drama and issuing a statement of solidarity with and apology to the trans community, Hoult claiming scheduling conflict means that he doesn't exactly deserve praising for a change of heart.

having experienced leaks on projects i've been a part of in the past, it's not a good feeling, and believe me when i say the people losing sleep over it, staying late for hours trying to figure out how it happened and who is responsible, getting chewed out, and having the entire atmosphere of the studio shift to one of suspicion of your co-workers is not the top level CEO with the multi-million dollar salary/yearly bonuses.

I want them to be held accountable for accessing and distributing something that doesn't belong to them, yes. If that means jail time, then it means jail time. I'm not a lawyer, and I don't know law, but if someone commits a crime, and they are caught, they should be held accountable for it.



And while I'm all for saying "fuck you," to the soulless CEO's, the actual reality of these leaks, coming from someone that has worked in the gaming industry for 20 years, and has personally experienced leaks (albeit not on the level abd scale of something like this), it fucking SUCKS for the dev team, as I said in my earlier post



And not because of hurt feelings, though, yeah, it does feel bad when something you've worked on for years gets leaked by a clout chaser and you're unable to share what you've been cooking on your terms and presented in the best light.



I'm also an artist, and I'll sometimes share WIP stuff, but that's ME choosing to share that, not some other individual with no connection to the work spreading it without my consent.



but it's mainly because of the knock on effects that often come with the aftermath of a leak. And like I said, it's usually not the higher up/CEOs that have to deal with that fallout. I mean, they're usually pissed, of course, and often take that anger out on the team in various ways, the team is affected more than the companies bottom line and not just from "hurt feelings"



So, yeah, if the leakers are caught, found guilty of committing whatever law they're violating, and if jail time is one of the spite risk outcomes of being found guilty of said crime, then I'm all for it



Video games are a commercial product, sure, but there are still human beings busting their asses to create the content we enjoy, and they don't deserve to have their work stolen and distributed without their consent
