A general flaw of political analysis is that unless you're the Marxist weirdos who view everything through a projected Lacian/Freudian prism that neither would have recognized nobody applies basic social psychology to the operation of political institutions. They know ONE WEIRD TRICK and that's instantly escalate, so every thread is about the danger of PEOPLE DYING even though nobody is ever actually dying. Nobody died from the incel uprising after Joker came out, there's no victims in the trans genocide or from Gamergate, Canada unfortunately continues to exist, Palestinians continue to exist to be future victims even after Israhell killed them all years back, etc. Even Zaslav, who never got around to eliminating all non-straight-white-males from media, is now the progressive bastion against the endless fascism of a Biden donor because we have to escalate against that too.

Even though none of this rhetoric means anything at all because it's happening on a niche "video game" forum and is obvious social posturing among losers who don't do anything about anything. An endless demonstration of the infeasibility of perfect solidarity as a solution to anything. A place where you can be banned for dismissing concerns but also for expressing unapproved concerns that the hierarchy has decided should be dismissed. A inclusive bonfire that practices this slogan of "this is an environment of welcoming, and you should just get the hell out of here."

I'm pretty sure the bulk of Arab-Americans in Michigan aren't Palestinian though. This is hard to easily find demographics on for some reason, if you believe "arabamerica.com" it's:

This largely comports with my personal experience and also examining what is offered at the Middle Eastern restaurants that open, the older generations are largely Lebanese/Syrian and the newer families are Iraqi.

They're also richer and better educated than the rest of the population.

It's a fatal analysis error to assume that because they're Muslim and/or Arab, they care at all about Gaza, especially that they care about it more than anything in the world even if they hate Israhell too. Compared to being conservative, upwardly mobile immigrants, who as a class preferred Trump. This also colors () the ignorant analysis about Hispanics, because there's an assumption that they should have racial/ethnic or even immigrant solidarity with illegal immigrants just because both groups are Hispanic, rather than despise them as is typical, recognize the differences between Central and South American ethnicities rather than as one Latinx blob or even hold views like "I left my country to get away from these people." When you narrow everyone down to a single demographic stereotype based on your own beliefs about what people you aren't and don't interact with should think as mandated by your ignorant worldview, you will continually be surprised by those who refuse to conform to your wishes.

Surely we can settle those in the name of solidarity against the capitalist whites. You don't have to stop at Druckmann you know. Colin's association with people in the industry runs deep because he's been a voice in games media for so long. I believe the Stop Killing Games folks just did a show with him if we want to start making a list of everyone we hate by association.
