It honestly has been pretty confusing to me. On twitter and the likes you'll see people talking about "their muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine" and how there's this universal concept to muslims and how they need to support each other, and then, in reality, people just ignore all the other wars where even more muslims are getting killed, like in Syria and Yemen. Add to this that all the neighboring countries to Palestine don't actually seem very interested in welcoming refugees. Pakistan is also planning to kick out 1.7 million Afghan refugees and no one seems to really care.

If you have access to a one-person bathroom with a lock (not a stall) and you can do it discreetly, I don't see what the problem is provided it's an emergency (e.g. you have to give a presentation soon, you have an erection that won't go down and you don't want to be pitching a tent in front of everyone). Obviously if you're doing it for fun and the risk of getting caught is part of the thrill then that's wrong.

We don't shame people with bladder/digestive problems who need to piss/shit constantly, and we shouldn't shame those with overactive sex drives who get overwhelmingly horny at inconvenient times. No, she lives with her Black mother and stepfather in their home. I can't confirm the race of the stepfather but given the available evidence I'm have no reason to assume he is not also Black. I also see no evidence there was a broken home other than the divorce which I can't date. Her mom seems average middle class career, perhaps first generation I can't say either way, her sister (I think) has a long history of getting arrested but only briefly seems to have lived in Georgia. Has a bunch of mildly amusing arrests out in Montana (like exposing herself to uninterested people) and I would suggest appears to have a drug problem.

It's also not a white suburb, Atlanta like many Southern cities is unique for having wealthier Black suburbs. This is atypical in the North because of past racist practices, wealthier Blacks like all minorities simply integrated once these ended. In the South because they are the majority population the upper class Blacks simply flocked together like whites (or people of all races) as normal everywhere else. While it's generally accurate to describe more Northern cities as having "Black areas" this is not in the case in the South because they're often the majority and it's more accurate to label "white areas" many of which are simply once other towns that the cities grew out towards. The whites didn't carve out sections of the cities they simply moved out to those towns and decades later the cities expanded to them and the demographics haven't changed yet.

I mean it's not like they're rich or anything, but what you'd expect for 30 years working as a nurse/military plus a car dealer. It's more the juxtaposition with what she writes.
